a free 5 minutes consultation.

 

Uncontested Divorce Cases:  Our fees range

between $450 to $900 depending on factors such

whether a property settlement agreement is needed.

(Note: If any issue such as child custody, visitation,  alimony, division of property and debts etc is not  completely agreed upon upfront, then it is not a truly uncontested case.  However, we  offer a simple plan that often resolves issues and  turns a contested case into an uncontested one so that our clients can get the uncontested rates.  So  us about  that.)

And yes, we do offer PAYMENT PLANS for clients in both contested and uncontested cases. Even in contested cases we are often able to arrange for our clients to pay a fixed monthly fee so that there are no budgetary surprises.  Ask us about that.

 

Contested Divorce Custody Support etc

In situations where there is any ongoing dispute on any issue

and to help clients in these stressful situations

our first 6 hours are billed at half our normal hourly rates.

 

[Please note, however, that our normal practice is to have our clients sign a fee agreement with us.

Any such fee agreement shall control over and

supersede anything to the contrary on this page or on this website.]
