THIS PAGE IS MOSTLY FOR “BRAND NEW” CLIENTS* and, if you are one, is to be used to pay your deposit by simply clicking on the “Pay Now” button below. But if you are NOT a new client please read the instructions below the button first. However, as stated, brand new clients should use this page/pay now button below.
NOTE: We take all of the credit cards shown below. Although using the button below takes you to Pay Pal, you do NOT need a Pay Pal account to pay here. Just sign in as “Guest” (gray area at bottom of 2d page) On the first page it will show Miscellaneous services (that’s okay)….please insert “1” as the quantity. Payments will show up as being made to LENTZ CLIENT TRUST.
EASY TO USE DIRECTIONS FOR USING PAYMENT BUTTON
(YELLOW “PAY NOW” below)
1 Click on the Yellow “Pay Now” button below
2. After clicking the yellow pay now button
You will come to the “LENTZ CLIENT TRUST” page
On this page (which is a page run by PayPal)
(but you do not need a Paypal account to use it)
…on this page in
“Price per item” box type the dollar amount that you are paying.
Do NOT type in the “$” sign (USD means US Dollars)
Click….. continue
3. On “Pay with PayPal” page, if you do NOT have a Paypal account
Click the very bottom button that says
“Pay with Debit or Credit Card”
You do not need a PayPal account to use this.
Once you click that “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button
It will take you to….
4. “Check out as a Guest”
You have to insert your email address.
Click continue or okay
5. Then it asks for relevant credit and/or debit card information.
EXAMPLE:
If you were paying $500.00
You would input the following:
quantity of legal services is ….1
(that might already be pre-coded as being 1
If it is then you do not need to input anything
for quantity
Beside USD input…. 500
(not $500.00 nor $500)
The dollar sign ($) will be rejected.
[Sorry but regulations require a lot of this seeming complexity. In any event, all folks making a payment on this page for an initial consultation should read the very important note at the bottom of this page which clarifies our duty to appear in court and/or act on your behalf before further fee agreement arrangements are made.]
Please note that if you are making only a partial payment on any bill you’ve been sent by us that we accept any such partial payment that you may make “with full reservation of rights”, meaning we reserve whatever rights we have to full payment for all services which we have rendered.
IMPORTANT: EXISTING CLIENTS FOR WHOM WE HAVE ALREADY RENDERED SERVICES (IN ADDITION TO THE INITIAL CONSULTATION) should NOT USE the “PAY NOW ” button on THIS PAGE. The “Pay Now” button (above) on THIS PAGE is ONLY for the following people to make payments:
.1. PEOPLE PAYING AN INITIAL CONSULTATION FEE to set up the consultation in advance.
.2. NEW CLIENTS (those who are now signing a fee agreement and are just hiring us to perform FUTURE legal services) and
.3. FOLKS WHO WANT TO ..PREPAY for FUTURE LEGAL SERVICES and/or to ADD TO THEIR already existing PREPAID DEPOSIT ACCOUNT.
For the above 3 categories of people, here are the DIRECTIONS for using the “PAY NOW” button (above) on this page.
AGAIN, YES, WE ACCEPT CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS (click through to second screen after entering a payment amount on the first screen).

Thus, we will NOT appear or represent you in court or otherwise appear or act on your behalf as your attorney unless and until a separate written legal fee agreement is signed by us stating that we will represent you in court or in that particular business or other matter.] Having said that, we in fact, DO HOPE that we can provide further assistance to you with your problem, but for us to do so, that will require a separate agreement signed by us.
